The feature was set in and around an abandoned hospital, the film testing how far a man is willing to suffer to save the love of his life, given the choice of surviving five days of torture to save the life of the woman he loves, or to order her killed and be set free.
For the lead role of Nicole, Bel Deliá trained with Muay Thai instructors leading up to filming for its fight sequences which included two key scenes, one fight sequence opposite Peter O’Brien X-Men Origins: Wolverine and one with the Muay Thai trainers.
